ArgenTag’s single-cell long-read platform is expanding into new biological territory. Results powered by our technology were featured at the Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (AIRR)-Community Meeting VIII, Decoding and Recoding Immunity at Yale University (June 8–11, 2026)—the premier global forum uniting leaders advancing B-cell and T-cell receptor science.
During the meeting, Dr. Melissa Smith, CSO of Clareo Biosciences, presented single-cell, full-length profiling of human PBMCs using the ArgenTag platform, combined with Clareo’s proprietary immune repertoire analysis workflows.
Immune receptor profiling benefits from full-length transcript information. By capturing full-length TCR and BCR transcripts in their native context, ArgenTag enables researchers to connect complete immune receptor architecture with clonality, isoform context, and the transcriptional state of individual cells. This additional resolution provides a more comprehensive view of immune diversity, receptor function, and cellular states within a single experiment.
