Past April, our team had the opportunity to, once again, attend PacBio PRISM 2026 in San Diego, California. This conference brings together genomics experts shaping the future of HiFi long-read sequencing, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with the community and learn from researchers advancing the field of long-read genomics.

One of the highlights of the event was the Fueling Discovery and Therapeutics Development Using Kinnex RNA Data workshop. During this session, Dr. Evgeny Kiner, CEO & Founder of Neo Splice Therapeutics, showcased a novel application of the ArgenTag platform:
Multiplexing human samples on a single ArgenTag chip with SNP-based computational demultiplexing, preserving single-cell isoform resolution.

We thank Dr. Kiner and the NeoSplice team for showcasing this innovative workflow and for demonstrating how researchers are expanding the applications of single-cell long-read transcriptomics with the ArgenTag platform.
Thinking about multiplexing samples with ArgenTag?
Whether you are looking to screen larger sample cohorts or optimize your cost per sample, our team is here to help you design the optimal experimental strategy for your project.
Stay tuned for our upcoming ArgenTag × Neo Splice Application Note, featuring a step-by-step guide to SNP-based sample demultiplexing alongside representative benchmarking results.
